How to Find Free and Custom Twitter Backgrounds

Want to make your Twitter profile stand out from the crowd? Instead of using one of the default backgrounds that Twitter offers for you to use as the background for your Twitter profile, you can get a free, personalized or custom Twitter background from a variety of Web sites and designers.

A free Twitter background typically includes a design or image that can be used by anyone, but since it's not included in the options offered through the Settings option of a Twitter user's account, it takes a few more minutes to find and upload a free Twitter background from another site.

Personalized Twitter backgrounds can be free or require a fee. You can find Twitter backgrounds that you can simply insert your name and other personal information into, or you can find some Web sites that allow you to upload your own image and then insert your name and other information into.

A custom Twitter background is best for businesses and people who are trying to create a branded online presence. Custom backgrounds are designed for your specific needs and can only be used by you. Therefore, they have the highest price tag (but not unreasonable).

Want to make your blog fun and interactive? Or do you just want to give it a little something extra? How about adding a sliding puzzle of a favorite picture? Maybe you have a special event coming up that you could hype with a countdown clock on your blog? There are even Facebook, Twitter and Flickr widgets you can add to share your content from those sites through your blog.

Some widgets can be useful while others are just plain fun! Whatever your goals are for your blog, you can get the details about some of these cool widgets in this article.

And remember, just because you add a widget to your blog today doesn't mean that it has to stay there forever. In other words, don't be afraid to test new things on your blog. If you or your audience doesn't like them once they're published on your blog, you can always remove them. It really is that easy!

Headway Premium Wordpress Theme Reviews and Help

Headway is a premium Wordpress theme that was released in 2009 and quickly got a buzz from blog designers as a highly flexible theme. It's undergone some upgrades since then, and the buzz is even better now.

As much as I've wanted to give Headway a test drive, I haven't had time to do so yet. However, I can't hold off on writing about it here any longer because it's just so cool! Therefore, I'm going to provide some links to some reviews (which I trust), a blog written by a teenager that offers Headway Hacks and will blow you away (this girl has an amazing future ahead of her), and a series of tutorial videos that will show you how to use Headway in a snap. Have fun!
