Renardo Sidney failed to provide financial paperwork to the NCAA as requested, and has been declared "not certified due to non response," the Los Angeles Times reports.

Sidney was one of the most highly sought-after recruits in this year's incoming class. But questions about his eligibility caused several schools -- most notably, USC and UCLA -- from offering Sidney a scholarship.

Gillispie Headed to Rehab

Ex-Kentucky head coach Billy Gillispie -- fresh from his latest arrest for driving under the influence -- will enter rehab in Texas, the Kentucky Sports Radio blog is reporting.

Gillispie was arrested outside Lexington in the wee small hours of August 27th and arraigned later that morning. It was his third such incident -- he was also arrested for DUI in 1999 and 2003.

Erin Andrews Returns to TV

The game will be Andrews' first appearance since ESPN's ESPY awards... and since it was revealed that an as-yet-unnamed miscreant used some sort of "spy cam" to videotape Andrews undressing and post the footage on the Internet.
